In light of Dynamite's "last post" I would like to ask all of the members of Kewtr who may be a little confused as to the legality of the material that we share, to gather round for a minuet.

I am not a lawyer, so take from this what you want, and throw the rest away. That said, lets all remember a few key points!

1) Possession is 9/10ths of the law.
2) What you are dealing with here is a morality issue, not a legal issue.

No one here is hosting this material; there is no proof of possession. The determination of legality of content is the right and responsibility of the host, e.g. Tinypic, Photobucket, etc.

In most countries child pornography is generally defined as audio/video/photo of the sexual exploitation of a child or a minor, or depictions of children engaging in sexual conduct.

The videos here were made on a voluntary basis, and submitted to hosting services as such, with the understanding that they would be available for public access to any user of the hosting service. Additionally these videos do not meet any of the general criteria to be classified as child pornography.

Will you get in legal trouble for visiting Kewtr? NO.

Will you have some awkward explaining when your girlfriend/wife/family finds out that your visiting Kewtr? Yeah, probably.

Just one mans opinion, take it for what its worth.
